      <description>&lt;P&gt;figured out a solution after trying for 2 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so i used my current address with a short form and the long form of my first name, didn't work, (it's a condo in downtown toronto). however, my girlfriend lives in the next building and it worked for her last week when i signed her up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried every other tricks advised. different browser, clear cache, even different computer. none worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then i decided to use my folks' address in markham, worked with the short form of my first name but not the long form.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>
