    <description>&lt;P&gt;When they asked you for your pin by email, how did they ask you to respond? I'd respond to that email to take care of it. If they asked you to PM them instead, I'd do that. Now that they're looking at it, it shouldn't be much longer once you respond to their email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account is not working it says you do not have an active add on. &amp;nbsp;I paid for my account it has province wide calling, I emailed public mobile it took them 2 days to ask what is my pin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then phoned them and they will not help because this is a new account and I don't have access to phone support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
