      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just switched out to koodo, trasfrered number just now, auto-payment on PM set for 27th, how to I cancel? I went to change plan to $0 but greyed out. Does this mean the system sees that its trasfered and won't renew?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been a few reports of AutoPay occurring after successful port outs. &amp;nbsp;Do watch for this to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For all users, if you’re planning to port out, PLEASE ensure you disable AutoPay, as you can’t deactivate after the port out occurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
