      <title>URGENT help needed!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an "Activation Failed" message during a new activation. I did receive a welcoming email with my activation details and my credit card was charged, although I can't login to my self-serve account. I still have service with my old provider and the port of my old number hasn't taken place. No one is READING my pm's, let alone replying.
