Hey all, im wondering if anyone here can help me with my current issues. I recieved my SIM 2 days ago, created my account and all that jazz but at the moment my current koodo plan is still up and running, my number has not yet ported and even though my phone shows that i have signal with the new SIM inside of it, i cannot use the data and everytime i try to make a call or send a text a get a message that says that i am not on a registered network.

I have already contacted a moderator but have yet to hear back from her.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have done all the right things. My suggestion is to keep your old providers SIM in until you have things cleared up with a MOD that way you won't miss any calls or texts. Sorry you are having some issues.

Hey, bkung I too have the same issue from what I've seen on the discussions is it is an issue needed to be fixed by a mod so just sit tight and wait for a response and like said before try using your old SIM card in the meantime.

I could be wrong with this but im pretty sure that when the porting in complete you wont be billed for the whole month just the time used I know that isnt the best but its a little better lol
