      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here I'm trying to arrange auto payment with my credit card and I'm receiving a message "&lt;STRONG&gt;Unable to Process Transaction".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to start using my phone today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going into my second month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;had same issue 3 days ago it solved itself .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happens once a year dont know if its a bug within the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried with same card ,different card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;different browser , firefox might work better than safari or opera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had account suspended.now its active .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM can help but slow prosess due to availability.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;frustrating when one needs phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It always happen at the wrong time&lt;img id="smileylol" class="emoticon emoticon-smileylol" src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-lol.png" alt="Smiley LOL" title="Smiley LOL" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
