(incoming calls, outgoing calls, text, data etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Can you log into your account? What phone number and service plan does it say you have there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Any charges to your credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Have you messaged a mod yet? (important to get on this right away so you get into the queue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
