Hi there

I tried to activate this sim yesterday and activation did not work and it locked the sim card, i got email from telus this morning saying sorry to see you go... now i dont have a working phone PLEASE HELP!!

You're being asked to provide a PIN for the SIM when you turn on the phone?

Lots of questions:

- Any service at all? (incoming calls, outgoing calls, text, data etc.)

- Can you log into your account? What phone number and service plan does it say you have there?

- Any charges to your credit card?

- Have you messaged a mod yet? (important to get on this right away so you get into the queue

tried re registering says sim card is locked...

no calls nothing i put my sim card into the phone and it says unregistered sim card and does nothing

wont even let me sign in

i have messaged a mod yesterday havent heard anything
