To contact them, send a private message to them by clicking &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; and include as much identifying information as you can remember that you used when you attempted to sign up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some of that would be: full address, birthdate, last 4 digits of CC you might have used, email address on the account, alternative phone number you might've entered when you signed up.&lt;BR /&gt;Then hopefully they will get back to you as soon as they can between M-F 9-9 (ET) and Sat-Sun 9-7:30 (ET).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems their response times are quite long so you may need to be patient. Do not send more than once.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/55736"&gt;@Tim1234&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you wait for the moderator to respond as stated above, you can try a few things. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes after a failed registration, the website gets finicky. &amp;nbsp;You can try a different browser, clear cache, incognito mode might help. &amp;nbsp;Or even give it some time before trying again. &amp;nbsp;1-2 hours. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
