    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem - I&amp;nbsp;sent a message&amp;nbsp;2 days ago the moderator team and they never responded to me in the private messages, but then I got a email to reset my 'Community' password and not my SELF SERVE password that I need.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure how to let them know they made a mistake and I still need my SELF SERVE password reset as per initial request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Why does the reset password option on this website not work??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who am I supposed to contact if the mod team does not respond and the forgot your password request does not work?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is definitely not the ideal system.&amp;nbsp; The forget password reset function on website has not worked for a while.&amp;nbsp; Moderator is the only person who can reset the password.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, the wait times are greater than 24 hours and up to 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; Please do not resent multiple requests to moderators since this would increase your wait times.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
