      <description>I activated my sim today and paid for the plan on line, however it's not working. No reception, no connection. Does anyone know what the issue is?</description>

      <description>Is your phone unlocked or a telus/Koodo phone? Can you try your sim in somebody else's phone? Just a few things I can think of. I'm sure the experts will chime in soon enough</description>

      <description>Well this is the funny thing. My phone is from Rogers so I went to a store to unlock it...but the guy tried to unlock it and he said the phone doest work with the pm sim card and it doesn't prompt for a pin..so that's why he said maybe something wrong with the sim card.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything worked!! I think I just needed to wait for a bit until the activation kicked in. I also changed my number to my old number in like a minute!! Thank you public mobile!! Let's just hope everything will run smoothly after this!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
