A couple days ago I switched from Wind to PM. I ported my number over when I switched. However, the PM SIM card doesn't work on my unlocked iPhone 6. I've tested the card out in my old Nexus 5 and it worked seemlessly.

I've tried deleting profiles, restoring it to factory settings through itunes. There are no APN settings for me to change as it doesn't show up in any of the settings.

Anyone know what the problem is??

Thanks.

No service or no data? If no service, then your phones probably not unlocked.

No service - so no data, no calling, no texting available.

I've had someone else pop their Fido sim card in and the iPhone worked right away and I used it on Wind before this, so the phone is unlocked.

My phone is also up-to-date with iOS 10.1.1

Could it be from china or some weird place, just curious. Have you tried your sim in a different unlocked phone? You might need to contact a mod.

http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-message/m-p/85858#U85858

Try enabling your LTE under setting > cellular > Cellular options

Is there any onscreen prompt? like no sim?

To me, there could only be 3 things.

The sim, The sim tray and the sim contacts in the phone.

It's a wild shot, but also try your phone, pm sim with another iphone sim tray.
