I had ordered a SIM on Monday, Nov 7th, got the shipping confirmation on Wednesday, Nov 9th, and thought that it would get to Alberta the following week, due to the Remembrance Day holiday... when Monday, Nov 14th rolled around and still nothing, I figured I'd better order another SIM, just in case.

I contacted David_J regarding this issue, he gave me the tracking number for the original order and it had showed that CanadaPost had picked up the package on the 9th, but nothing happened after that... he told me he'd look into it and also send out another SIM package.

I got the SIMs today and am up and running!

For all those experiencing issues, do reach out to the mods, they are very helpful!

Thanks Public Mobile!
