Hi, I purchased a new Public Mobile SIM card from Walmart today, but when I go to activate it, it says invalid sim. I'm putting in the correct SIM number, I'm not sure what's wrong, please help @CS_Agent 🙂

There is a Walmart promotion that if you activate in store with Walmart, you will get $25 credit within 72 hours. Also, the SIM card is free at Walmart promo too. With friend referral and autopay, you will get $35 credit if activate in store.

If you really want to active at online at home, you are welcome to. Follow the other thread instructions on trying a difference browser, clearing cache and using incognito mode.
