My plan renewal was yesterday and the payement was effectively made. However no changes were made! Can anyone help please!

Same issue, even mine wasn't updated after renewal. I just contacted a mod per the reply above, hoping to get it fixed soon.

Looks like a bug in the system, I still see 6GB on my account as well after renewal. Can the mods please fix that on my account?

Yes, this is a known bug, and sending a PM with your phone number, and a quick expaination of your issue will get it resolved.

You should still have service, and past experience has shown that this should be an easy fix for the mods.

I started a support request as well but its already been more than 48 hours on that and I have not received a response..
