      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys.I bought a new phone,sim card and new a/c with public mobile and i kept the same number from my old bell phone.The problem is that on my new phone i can call and send texts but everytime someone calls or text me it goes to my old phone.I can actually call my own number with my new phone and it call to the other phone.&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be great thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When did you initiate the number port from bell.&amp;nbsp; It should usually take less than a few hours.&amp;nbsp; If it has been longer than that, i suggest you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to look into it &amp;amp; resubmit the transfer request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderators team a private message.
