      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am having trouble moving my plan over to the $10 one. Originally, i did not have enough funds to do so, so I added $1 (from my original $9) . When I try to switch to the plan, it says it will charge $0 to my credit card( which is correct), but will not submit my plan change. Can anyone help me with that?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
