      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just signed up for the 4.5gig 3G data plan, but my data&amp;nbsp;doesn't work. It's on, but shows 0mb used. can't send or receive internet or pictures through text. I've restarted the phone. I have a Samsung s7 edge. Plan was activated yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
