      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just switched to PM last week and had my phone number ported in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything looks OK but I am not able to receive call. The call goes directly to mail box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Calling out is fine. Texting is fine (both sending and receiving).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is apprecipated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Since you cannot receive calls, it looks like something went wrong during porting in your number.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue and it is the old carrier did not release the number. Likely due to missing info (ie: your old account number, PIN, name, IMEI, etc). So while PM has control of what's initiated from their SIM card so you can make outgoing call and txt; your old carrier still "keeps" the number so everything incoming still go to your old account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my case a private message to the Moderator Team fixed the issue in a few hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
