      <title>Incomplete Port</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I came over from Fido 2 days ago.&amp;nbsp; Immediately I could send texts to any network and make outgoing calls but all incoming texts and calls are still going to Fido.&amp;nbsp; I contacted Fido Sunday night and Monday morning and both times they said they saw the port being processed and that I need to contact Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I sent a Private message yesterday but no response yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this and have any advice on what to do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have a stuck port. UnfirtUnfortu only mods can fix it.&amp;nbsp; As long as you sent them your porting info name on account and account number,&amp;nbsp; then they should get to it hopefully soon.&amp;nbsp; They have been a little backlogged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hang in there.&amp;nbsp; You should be able to use your fido sim until the port completes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
