    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/19994"&gt;@ChrisS25&lt;/a&gt;, Is that a 3G plan or an LTE plan?&amp;nbsp; Also, did your renewal just happen?&amp;nbsp; There have been reported insidents that the data on some 3G plans does not renew (reload) when the plan renews.&amp;nbsp; Does your self serve show no data plan at all?&amp;nbsp; If so, something is messed up with your account.&amp;nbsp; You would need to get in touch with moderator team (via private message) to have them correct this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can't see any of my usage or add ons either. stopped working yesterday.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I activated my account, it told me to update my cellular data options to ensure I can access my data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went in to my cellular network options and made sure that the APN code was correct. They have a site that you can check for your specific device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure if this is the problem you’re having or not!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the APN again and restart your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a LG smartphone, you need to do a network reset, restart to get data working after changing newtork.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey abTest,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, thank you for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, my renewel doesn't happen until the 8th and no, my data and add on's don't show up even though my plan clearly includes&amp;nbsp;12GB of data and I also added on an extra 1GB a couple of months ago&amp;nbsp;when i was close to exceeding my limit. I've never activated that extra GB. neither show up in "My Data &amp;amp; add ons".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 12GB is 3G, i believe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
