    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up for Public Mobile, data is working (both send and receive), but I cannot make/receive any calls or send any messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried putting the sim card in my husbands phone (same make and model, and a Public Mobile client with no issues), and he gets the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise, thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/54221"&gt;@taranl&lt;/a&gt;, did you happen to include a number port in your activation.&amp;nbsp; It looks like it based on the symptoms.&amp;nbsp; If so, have you waited a couple of hours for the port to complete.&amp;nbsp; If so, then it looks like you have a stuck port and will need moderator team support to resubmit the port.&amp;nbsp; The moderator team can be reached via private message using this &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Please include in the private message account number and PIN code. I've sent a message to the Moderators.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely reach out to the moderators.&amp;nbsp; Porting doesn't take this long.&amp;nbsp; As a suggestion if you decide to sign up another account in the future, take a temporary number during activation.&amp;nbsp; After activation is complete, to back into your account to use the number change option to port.&amp;nbsp; This way, you will at least have a number to use right away.&amp;nbsp; Being assigned a temporary number always works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
