    <description>&lt;P&gt;If a texting issue popped up right after a plan change, there is likelihood that something failed during the change.&amp;nbsp; I assume other plan features work.&amp;nbsp; It might be a good idea to contact the moderator team as suggested so they can look into the situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed my plan but kept my number and ever since my text messages services disappeared. I have a one plus 3 Android 8.0. I tried APN setting and did not work. Do not nknow what else to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tap&amp;nbsp;on your messenging app, tap the&amp;nbsp;3 dots top right, and then tap on settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under SMSC Settings, make sure the number set is "16475800172" without quotes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, make sure your messaging app has permissions to "SMS".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sending regular text message does not need data.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, you don't need data.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, no need to configure APN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you cannot get picture message(i.e. MMS), you need to set up APN to receive MMS message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you send/receive regular message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
