MMS problems

I am hoping that someone here can help me figure out why GoSMS is the only program that is allowing me to use MMS.

I have searched everywhere I could find and haven't been able to find what I've done wrong.

Ive tried almost all the texting programs I could, my prefered one is Textra , alas the only one that works is Go SMS. I have reset the the APN to numerous variations this is including the numerous suggestions on this site. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Well I do not have data with my plan other than needing on it for MMS.

@jetskooter, this is a really strange behavior. Go SMS is just an app like any other SMS app. The APN set up must be correct otherwise no app will be able to send and receive MMS. What phone is in question here and what OS version? I run android and in order to use a SMS app, I need to give it permission. It is a possibility that permissions are getting in the way.

The phone is Galaxy J3 and the OS is 7.0 Nougat
