    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16361"&gt;@will13am&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;no, that's not the solution.&amp;nbsp; Look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5125"&gt;@ThatSeaOtter&lt;/a&gt;'s image above--he or she has clearly correctly completed both steps and something else is to blame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, a lot of this troubleshooting was already done on &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/Bought-20-roaming-package-and-SMS-not-working/m-p/260036/highlight/true#M30601" target="_blank"&gt;yesterday's thread from Mr. Otter&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; It's unfortunate they they chose to start yet another thread, but it is what it is.&amp;nbsp; Please review that thread first if you want to try to keep helping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMHO, this is likely something on the moderators can fix, based on the triage done on yesterday's thread.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has not worked and I have now used all my data trying to resolve on the forums. Would you please consider putting a credit for 1 GB of roaming USA data?
