Was it working before some change? Are you subscribed to both of those services? Can you do straight text texting (no picture)? Send? Receive?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verify APN settings for data and the MMSC url for texting in data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
