      <title>No service after changing plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I modified my plan, set to change at renewal date, and after the change went into effect I no longer have service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've googled and saw from other posts on here that, apparently, this is a common occurence... it really would be nice to know&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;before,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;or have some sort of indication that this might happen. Is that too much to ask? (Hint hint dev team, your QA needs work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's my next step to get the service I'm paying for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My apologies, the issue is autopay failed to work. I didn't get any notification of a failed payment so I didn't check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I re-entered the exact same credit card info and everything is good now.&amp;nbsp;Makes no sense to me, but at least it's working now...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try the lost phone trick.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Log in to self-serve. Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
