      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/220812"&gt;@Shaka204&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; It could be just browser problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try with different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or clear the cache, then close all browser windows and relaunch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or Incognito Mode /InPrivate Mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or try on another computer&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These are different options you can do on your Self Serve account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either case - try logging out, then clear your browser's cache/cookies. Open a tab in incognito mode then go to the Change number or SIM number feature again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
