Hello,

I'm looking to port my mom's phone to PM but I have a couple questions regarding add ons. I want to get her the $10 plan (can someone confirm if this is eligible for the autopay discount?).

In the event that she goes over the 50 minutes included, is it possible to add the 200 minutes talk add on mid cycle?

It also says that unused minutes will rollover, will the minutes remain even if I remove the add on for a future billing cycle? I'm sure she won't use many of the 200 minutes, if any and they will accumulate very quickly.

Example:

I activate her on PM on August 1st on the 30 day $10 plan.

On August 15th she uses all 50 minutes.

I place the add on to her account on August 16th.

She uses 50 additional minutes by August 30th.

On August 31st the cycle would begin again she she will have 200 minutes (150 from the add on and 50 from the plan).

If on September 1st I choose to remove the add on from her plan, will the 150 minutes that rolled over still be useable?

Yes to your questions and addons aren't build monthly they are with the account until fully consumed. So you won't have to buy another one in September they do not auto renew

Yes, autopay (-$2) will work on that plan.

Yup, you can add 200 or 400 min long distance add-on which will not expire until you use all available mins.

I don't think you understand add-on correctly. Add-ons are one time purchase. If you don't use it, it will continue to roll over you cycles. If you use all of it, it will disappear from your account. You cannot remove an add-on once you purchased it.

All in market 30-day and 90-day plans are eligible for the autopay reward credit. So the $10 plan is also eligible.

It is possible to add-on the 200 minutes talk at anytime while the service is still active. The add-on is as it says, an add-on, this does not affect the base features, so your remaining 50 minutes rolls over if not used, and your add-on will decrease and eventually disappear. Add-ons don't roll over, once thye've been used up then you'd have to re-purchase
