topic Can’t call certain numbers in Get Support

@CS_Agent

I have never dealt with customer service this way, and it is extremely inconvenient. I don’t know who can help with this, and I don’t normally feel comfortable just sharing this openly, but I live in Yellowknife, NT, Canada, and I can’t get a hold of people who live here that have numbers 444 after the area code. This is definitely a local number, and I can contact other numbers in the area as my plan allows me, but when I try to make a call, it is recognized as being an out of town number when it isn’t. Very frustrating!!!

@Somethingcool Yes, some member have experienced this before. Try adding 1 in front of a number. If it still doesn't work, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will make some adjustments to your account to add those numbers. Make sure to give them your account details and numbers that you are unable to reach.

Very frustrating!!!

Sorry to hear you are having some issues. As for getting service this is how PM does it and it doesn't work for everybody. Now you will need to private message the moderators and explain the situation to them. Is this a new pre-fix to the area? If you dial 1 then the number does it go through (as long as you don't have Long distance addon because it will go through anyways if you do) I know if I call a number that is long distance from my landline I need to put a 1 in front of the number. Any way you can find a link to message the moderators in my signature below.
