      <title>I was on AutoPay. My plan is suspended. Please help.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 days ago, I received the text saying that my payment successfully went through. Since today, my phone plan hasn't been working. I was unable to receive any call or messages. When I called *611, I get a message saying that the amount due was $0.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I checked online, it shows $109 is due. I had to manually make the payment. It is still not working and no phone support as usual.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
