Hi my account is locked and I have forgotten my password.

How do i recover it?

The forgot my password function is currently not working.

To reset your password, you will need to private message @Moderator_Team with relevant information of your account such as phone number, pin, address, postal code, and email to verify you are who you say you are.

On the login page, there's a Forgot Password? link - but I *think* that's on the fritz. I'd try that anyways, plus send a private message to @CS_Agent (note that their response times seem slower than normal today).

Which thing did you try - Forgot Password? link, or messaging the mods?

Click on this link and send a message to the mods to have them help you reset your password. The "forgot password" function has been out of order for some time now..
