    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to call a specific number and I'm getting a message saying I don't have talk on my plan.&amp;nbsp; I know I do.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Calling other numbers seems to work.&amp;nbsp; I was able to ring my Dad.&amp;nbsp; Just not this number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also received that error message when I tried to phone an International number. So it would appear that you need to upgrade to either phone international or canada wide. Or, were you in a different province while making the call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
