I was forced to send a text to 5132 in order to stop pm from spamming me, do I get charged for sending the unsubscribe text?

I do not have unlimited texting plan.

Not sure about that, but you can login to your self-serve account to see if it used a text from your limit.

Just noting that if you have the $10 (50 minutes/50 texts) plan, incoming texts are free.

I'm almost certain that sending an outgoing "stop" message to this number will count as one of your outgoing text messages.

If you aren't on a texting plan and it went through, you won't get charged extra. If you don't have a texting plan, you simply wouldn't be able to send that text. There are no "pay-per-use" fees, so there's no way you could be charged for that text.
