      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/52778"&gt;@rumimerali&lt;/a&gt;, another thing to consider is that a lot of phones (android phones for sure) have WiFi boost that automatically supplements the WiFi using cellular data *IF* the WiFi strength is not optimum.&amp;nbsp; Any chance that is playing a part in this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/52778"&gt;@rumimerali&lt;/a&gt;, what plan do you have?&amp;nbsp; If it is a small amount of data, sometimes an errant synch can chew up all the data allotment in the blink of an eye.&amp;nbsp; If your data is completely consumed checking the overview page will show nothing.&amp;nbsp; If it is partly consumed, you will see the amount consumed vs the total.&amp;nbsp; This is a quirk of the self serve system.&amp;nbsp; We have all come to live with it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
