    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the Unlimited talk to Canada/US, with internations texting and 1.5 GB of data for 90 days. For about 2 weeks now, I dont receive calls. I dont know if I have changed any settings on my phone. Can you assist with troubleshooting?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your number might not have been properly ported from your previous provider so you may be able to make calls but not receive them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To solve this you need to email the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and provide them with your phone number. They will be able to port your phone properly and have you receiving calls again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
