Yes, Talk (Canada-wide), Text and Data will work from anywhere in Canada.

Both the Canada-wide calling and International texting will work from anywhere in Canada where you have reception.

As others have mentioned above it's easy and straightforward to use. Plus, you never have to worry about extra billing charges as it is a prepaid service and you cannot be billed for extra.
