      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I set up my new Public Mobile SIM and ported in a number from Fido. &amp;nbsp;I got a text message saying port completed successfully. When I &amp;nbsp;place an out going call &amp;nbsp;the new number shows up as the number that I am &amp;nbsp;calling from. &amp;nbsp;When I called my cell phone I get the following message, "this cellular number you have called is not assigned".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Looking for help, thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it has been more than 12 hours then you may have a stuck port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To resolve this issue you will need to send a private message to the moderator team. They are available 7 day/weeks but not 24/7.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like something went wrong in the potting process.&amp;nbsp; You will have to message the mods to have them fix it for you on the backend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/52669"&gt;@Boj1234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;might have to give it a little bit of time., sometimes if you try calling your number immediately you're not giving the system enough time to complete the full change over.&amp;nbsp; But if you got the successful port text then everything should work fairly soon.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it can take a couple hours for all the features to work.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes I see it work in just 10 minutes, and other times I see it take a few hours.&amp;nbsp; If you are still having issues after about 4 hours then there may have been a porting issue, and you can touch base with a MOD&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; They can redo the port again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
