Cannot activate a plan.

Hello everyone,

Please help me with this issues:

I've bought a sim and $48 voucher in Walmart, today tried to activate it but suddenly got a problem:

when I click to make a payment:

There is no options to make a payment but I suggest i need to change a plan.

So i click there and see:

No chance to way out.

Tried to PM to moderators - no answer

@SiaDuzit please edit your first pic to hide your account number.

While your account is suspended, you cannot change your plan. Only mods can do that. So you will have to wait till mod replies to your message.
