    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been attempting to change my current plan to the single month $40 for 4.5GB deal, I have tried a number of different browsers but the website is not cooporating with me, I attempted to top up my account to activate, and my only other option is greyed out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/28419"&gt;@IcedNewt&lt;/a&gt;, Is your account/plan currently active?&amp;nbsp; If your account is currently suspended, you must get the help of the moderators in order to change your plan.&amp;nbsp; That's just how the system is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your account iscurrently active, you should be able to make an immediate or at next renewal plan change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to contact a moderator...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderator team a private message.
