No mods replying to private request

Hi, posted three hours ago requesting help unlocking account and still waiting.

i know 3 hrs is not long but it’s to access and update my account and pay for updates so pretty important to me,

can a a moderator please read and reply to my private message? Thanks.

Unfortunately, sometimes it talkes longer for moderators to deal with issues. That definitely can be frustrating since customers need their phones issues dealt with as soon as possible. Also, they start working at 9 AM EDT. Hopefully, they will get hold of you soon.

Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)

In my experience it is tougher to get a hold of a moderator during the weekend but you should have a response no later than tomorrow morning.
