Agreed. In the meantime you might be able to garner useful stats from your phone. See if it shows cellular usage somewhere. For iPhones it's under Settings >> Cellular: CELLULAR DATA and further down CALL TIME.

@kenadiansounds good in theory but have you seen the poor implementation over on Koodo?

You literally have to load/scroll every page to get the actual total duration

I suspect that the usage log was constructed with unlimited plans in mind. Totals don't mean much in this case.

If you are on the $10 plan and want to see how many minutes you have left, just log into self serve and look at the Overview page. It will show you how many minutes you've used.

Thanks for the tip, it works on my phone but only in theory. Mine shows time&data usage since I set my account, over 100 hours...
Although I am allowed to reset the usage, I would need to do that everytime my plan goes out of money, which cannot be known exactly when this happens, as I have auto top-up ...
