US Roaming Add on

I just bought bought a $20 add on for US roaming. Would like to confirm that it was talk text and data. I leave for trip today yet my account only says US data add on. I had a $27 balance and $20 was taken off. Can someone please confirm talk text and data was added for roaming

@tehowennathe There are 2 US Roaming $20 options.

"US Roaming - Talk Text 250 Data (10-day) - $20.00" It includes text, talk and data.

"US Roaming - 1 GB Data (10-day) - $20.00" is only data.

Go into "My account" and look for the "Current Add-Ons" section under "my add-ons"

Depending on which one you purchased... you may or may not have text/talk

Make sure to enable "data roaming" on your phone otherwise the data will not work when you are away.

There is no way for us to check for you, you can do it yourself in "my account" if you want to have someone look directly into your account you will have to message a moderator.

Account shows ita 250MB and $20 taken from account. Should it not show US talk and text too?

I contacted a mod because $20 was taken from account don't see why it only shows a 250MB US data add on when i did the option for US talk text and data by dialing *611

If you only see US roaming data, there might be a glitch in the system. It should also show the US text and talk add on.

As stated previously, you will likely need to PM a moderator. They are usually very helpful and can help with add on and billing concerns.

@tehowennathe you're just looking in the wrong spot. The Overview page only shows your DATA add-ons, which is why you only see the data US roaming add-on. Click on Plans and Add-ons, then Plan, and you should see all 3 listed in the My Add-ons section, as per step 2.3 in my How to purchase add-ons guide. 🙂
