    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you bought your sim at a retailer, most times they will just give you a new one, they have done it for me in the past. But I would try the moderator first to see if the sim was in fact activated without you knowing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try with a different browser, try cleaning your cache, try incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still doesn't work, either you already activated the SIM the first time you tried (without actually knowing it), or the SIM is not new but from an expired account, or it simply doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, if first stepd doesn't work, contact a mod about your problem by private message (&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-How-to-Contact-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452" target="_blank"&gt;here's how&lt;/A&gt;), giving them the SIM number so they can verify it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
