Hi. What brand of SIM card are you using? You will need to get a Public Mobile SIM. I recomend getting one at Walmart since it will be free. Ordering a Public Mobile SIM online will cost $10.

Edit: I'm in Vancouver Canada. I tried a WOW Modile first, but they wanted $10. Shop around for a location with a promo.

Try: Walmart, London Drugs, The Mobile Shop, Wow Mobile Boutique, and K Mobile.

I've tried to complete my switch over from my previous carrier and entered all information on the website but it keeps saying my sim number is incorrect yet I have it in my phone functioning. Triple checked each time and all 19 digits are correct.

Apparently yours. But I don't think it's universal. And it would need activating in store to get it for free. I've read here of London Drugs doing their own thing as well.

Which, now, outside of any promos, would be fine.
