    <description>&lt;P&gt;What you are trying to do would only work if you were actually changing to a different plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to renew your plan early (i.e. keeping the same plan that you have now), you need to contact the Moderator Team and ask them to do it for you.&amp;nbsp; You must first have the available funds in your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used all the free calls, i dont want&amp;nbsp;to go for add on. I tried changing plan&amp;nbsp;with a same plan and gave effective immediately. But it did not change the plan though i have sufficient funds at account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
