SMS not working, incoming calls not working.

After two days of trying to get my SIM properly synced, it finally happened last night. Everything was working fine after two days of constant messaging. Now, I cannot send or receive texts. I can't receive incoming calls either. I can only make outgoing calls. When I try to call my number from a friends phone. It asks me if I'm sure the number exists. What the hell?? Can someone explain why this is happening?

Hi,

The symptoms that you describe seem like a partial port. Did you try to port in a number after everything was working fine?

In any event, follow the suggestions here for the fastes resolution.

No, I kept the number that they gave me. This is friggin ridiculous. How do I get them to fix the partial port?
