I believe they will only issue out invoices every 6 months. But i'm not a 100% sure, and you should probably not post your phone number as this is a public forum.

@Jeremy_M I've just tried to follow the same instructions to send an email to obtain a receipt/invoice but the site gives me an error "Your email does not match." when I attempt to send the request. Any suggestions?

I don't think this is correct. I asked PM customer service this question and they said it would take 30 days to generate the invoice. Although at this point, I think it could probably take up to 6 months to get them considering how overwhelmed the mods are here!
