      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/144760"&gt;@Sacdiyo123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You choose the PIN when you signed up to your PM account. &amp;nbsp;If you forgot, you can check the texts from Public mobile. &amp;nbsp;PM will send you the introductory text with the PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a port to be completed, all you need is the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Account holder name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM Account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can skip the PIN information for porting....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As other have inforned you, the PIN is not needed, but it gets worse than that. You should not be using PIN even if you do have it. Doing so will increase the chance of porting failure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
