Need I be worried about eventually updating my lowly iPhone 15 Pro Max to iOS 26 ?

Currently using an eSIM

Feedback, concerns, recommendations or experiences would be appreciated

I have 2 eSIM's on my iPhone 15 pro max. I've updated with no issues. Updating doesn't affect eSIMs.

No issues on my iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro Max 14 Pro Max or 16 Pro Max on the PM app.

Only one issue with my smart doorbell app which an hard reset fixed.
