    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, that has nothing to do with PM service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to debug issue by yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Check you network ID and password.&lt;BR /&gt;To eliminate collusion with PM SIM, remove SIM and try to connect to WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cell phone does not connect to WiFi&amp;nbsp; - have Telus internet service Pure Fibre Internet 250 with unlimited data, have an unobstructed router and am sitting right next to the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also cell phone will not send or receive text messages if data is turned off&amp;nbsp; - same circumstances as above - sitting right next to the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535233"&gt;@Grumpylady-1st&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is not an issue related with PM at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you are not receiving text message if data is turned off because you are not really using SMS Text, you are using iMessage or RCS, and your Wifi is not working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What you need to do, reboot your phone, Reset Network Settings, and re-join your home Wifi again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you saying this is a Telus problem.&amp;nbsp; A Telus tech was here last week subsequent to upgrading Telus services and everything checked out fine when he was here.&amp;nbsp; As soon as he left the same problems were back.&amp;nbsp; Please send me a link with instructions on resetting Network Settings and rejoining the home WiFi again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
